Celem niniejszego postępowania jest rozpoznanie rynku i analiza możliwości potencjalnych Dostawców w zakresie realizacji przedmiotowej usługi.
1. Przedmiot niniejszego zapytania o informację stanowi weryfikacja możliwości i warunków dostaw czynnika chelatującego i kompleksującego cynk jako dodatku do nawozów.
Zakres prac/przedmiot usługi został zawarty w Załączniku pn. „Specyfikacja Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia do Zapytania o Informację-RFI”.
2. Wymagania w zakresie oferty formalnej.
- Zaświadczenie z US o byciu czynnym podatnikiem VAT (nie starsze niż 3 miesiące);
- Potwierdzenie, że oferent zapoznał się i akceptuje DOKUMENT: Warunki Udziału w Postępowaniu Zapytanie o Informację – RFI.
3. Oferta handlowa powinna zawierać:
Cena za dostawę dodatku do nawozu będącego nośnikiem cynku, złożonym z chelatu EDTA i związku kompleksującego BRNA w ilości:
- 1 098 000 kg [wariant I],
- 2 195 000 kg [wariant II]
Prosimy o przedstawienie wariantów wycen w formie załącznika.
- Cena może być podana wyłącznie na Platformie CONNECT w miejscu do tego wyznaczonym.
- Stawka podana w ofercie powinna być określona w kwocie netto.
- Cena musi zawierać wszelkie dodatkowe opłaty wynikające w trakcie realizacji zlecenia.
4. Załączniki:
- Specyfikacja Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia do Zapytania o Informację-RFI;
- Warunki udziału w Postępowaniu Zapytanie o informację – RFI.

The purpose of this procedure is to recognize the market and analyze the possibilities of potential Suppliers in the execution of this service.
1. The subject of this request is to verify the possibilities and conditions for the supply of a zinc chelating and complexing agent as a fertilizer additive.
The scope of work/service subject is included in the Appendix titled “TERMS OF REFERENCE”.
2. Requirements for the formal offer:
- The Certificate issued by the Tax Office confirming that the company is the active VAT taxpayer issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for biding in pdf file
- A statement acknowledging that the Tenderer has read and accepted the terms and conditions of the document: Terms and conditions of participation - Request for Information - RFI
3. The commercial offer should include:
The price for the delivery of zinc chelating and complexing agent as a fertilizer additive
in quantity:
- 1,098,000 kg [variant I]
- 2,195,000 kg [variant II].
Please provide the pricing variants as an attachment.
- The price may only be specified on the CONNECT Platform in the designated area.
- The rate specified in the offer should be stated in the net amount.
- The price must include any additional fees that arise during the execution of the order.
