This RFI is intended to assess available technology types and accessible technical solutions and does not constitute a procedure for the selection of a specific technology provider. ORLEN acknowledges that the Bidder offering the highest-ranked technology type may not necessarily submit the most advantageous overall proposal in the subsequent RFP.
